The PGX Mounting Plate for the Canon CR-N350 + CR-N400 PTZ cameras forms the foundation of the highly flexible PGX PTZ Mounting Adapter System. Bolted directly to the base of the camera, it provides an exceptionally robust platform for various PGX mounting adapters, including Truss, Vertical Truss, and Wall Mount adapters. With mounting points strategically aligned along the longitudinal axis, the system can be balanced precisely and efficiently. A key benefit to your workflow is that the camera does not need to be removed from the base plate when changing the mounting method, significantly reducing setup times.
Reinforced 1/4-inch and 3/8-inch stainless steel threads ensure a durable, wear-free lifespan and allow for direct attachment to standard quick-release plates, support rigs, and crane systems. To meet mandatory fall protection requirements in professional rigging, the plate is equipped with an integrated PGX Safety Rope Connector, which allows for the direct attachment of a 4mm safety cable. Thanks to its compact design, the mounting plate does not interfere with handling and can remain permanently attached to the camera, even during transport.
