This 20cm adapter cable allows users upgrading to an MDR.X controller from a Latitude MDR (MDR.M, MDR.MB, or Sidekick) to continue using their existing run/stop cables by converting the MDR.X’s 6-pin CAM socket to accept 00B connectors.
