The iconic atmosphere of the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) will be the backdrop this year, bringing exhibitors and attendees together as they showcase the latest in products and technologies.
Lemac will be at Content Live celebrating 50 years in business in 2025. From humble beginnings in Melbourne, Lemac Film and Digital have grown into a world-renowned resource for filmmakers from all walks of life. Lemac has a strong foundation in supporting live event production, whether it be Cinematographer and Lemac founder John Bowring ACS shooting decades’ worth of AFL and NRL Grand Finals, live concerts for acts such as Katy Perry, or the newly upgraded camera and lens systems at the Sydney Opera House.
This year attendees will be able to get hands-on with the new Tiffen Steadicam VOLT 3. Steadicam is a brand that has also just celebrated 50 years, with the Steadicam playing a key role in nearly all live events worldwide. The Steadicam VOLT 3 is the latest upgrade to the Steadicam VOLT stabilization system from Tiffen. With the VOLT 3 the game has changed again. Featuring advanced pan axis control with simulated inertia and drag, the VOLT 3 delivers an intuitive, ultra-precise feel that enhances every move a Steadicam operator makes.
Likewise, getting hands-on with the newly announced Easyrig Vario 6 will give attendees a look at this lighter and more agile version of the world-renowned support system. Designed for filmmakers who demand freedom and flexibility on set, the Vario 6 takes camera support to the next level. Again, a vital piece of kit for many camera setups, the Easyrig can literally save a camera operator’s back and extend their shooting life.
Both the Steadicam VOLT 3 and the Easyrig Vario 6 will be making their Australian debut at Content Live 2025, with Lemac being the National Distributor for both brands.
Lemac will also be showcasing SWIT power and monitoring solutions, which will be paired with camera systems available for purchase and rental through Lemac.
Further to the hands-on element, Lemac are excited to discuss with attendees the use of Multidyne Fibre systems in conjunction with the Sony Venice and Venice 2 camera systems. With experience specifying, demonstrating and implementing these systems, Lemac can help bring your events into the world of Full Frame Cinematic Capture.
Lemac are and have always been a solutions-based company. Moving forward, we are excited to be able to explore the now multitude of possibilities with our customers so that we can find the best possible solution for your next live event.
Content LIVE 2025 is set to be a landmark event that promises to offer a glimpse into the future of content technology while providing a platform for knowledge exchange and networking.
