Easyrig Introduces the Vario 6 at IBC 2025

Easyrig is proud to announce its major new product launch at IBC 2025:

Designed with the modern filmmaker and camera operator in mind, the Vario 6 is Easyrig’s next evolution in camera support systems, delivering improved flexibility, comfort, and performance.

One Rig, Many Possibilities

The Vario 6 combines Easyrig’s trusted engineering with new refinements, giving operators more control and agility than ever before. With an adjustable weight range of 4–14 kg (9–31 lbs), the tension can be fine-tuned via a simple back knob while wearing the rig - ensuring perfect balance for your camera setup. Featuring a new sleek design and a completely new mechanism in the power pack, it allows all users to adjust the tension of the line themselves without needing to ask for help.

It has been stress tested by us and some of our ambassadors to ensure that it will last your whole career!

The Easyrig Vario 6 will not replace the Easyrig Vario 5, as they serve different purposes. The Easyrig Vario 6 can be retrofitted onto all our previous vests, so if you’re interested in upgrading your current Easyrig, you’ll only need to purchase the support bar by itself. You can attach any upper arm in our lineup to the Easyrig Vario 6.

New Accessories for Expanded Flexibility

Alongside the Vario 6, Easyrig is also releasing several new accessories to expand creative possibilities and improve operator comfort:

  • EA160 – Padded Belt Extender
  • BF100 – Boom Rig Flex
  • EA033-Q – New version of Quick Release
  • B160 – Battery Plate for Boom Poles
  • EA033-S – Spacer

Each accessory has been designed with practical on-set use in mind, offering operators more adaptability across different shooting environments.

Delivery expected in mid to late October 2025. Pre-orders are available now via Lemac Sales.
