Featuring a true front anamorphic design, these lenses offer the same rich character that DP's love about the primes.

The 1.5x squeeze factor couples beautifully with the Full Frame sensors of cameras such as the ARRI Alexa LF & Sony Venice. When shooting full format on these sensors and de-squeezing 1.5x, the resulting image is approximately a 2.2:1 aspect ratio. This means it's a perfect mid point for either a 2:1 streaming delivery or a 2.40:1 cinema delivery. You can now shoot in anamorphic and utilize the whole Full Frame sensor size.

The 40-70mm actually works as a 35-70mm too for use with Super35 sized sensors, but can be locked off as a 40-70mmm for Full Frame use.

The 40-70mm & 70-200mm Technovision Zooms are a great addition to the primes or a perfect pairing on a production by themselves.
