Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Projects Assistant to join our team in Bowen Hills, QLD. This is a varied and exciting entry-level role that spans both sales support and hands-on technical project work — from assisting with day-to-day business operations and client liaison, to getting involved in the installation of professional video studio facilities. Full training will be provided, and there are real opportunities to grow your skills across both administration and technical environments. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the professional imaging and audiovisual market.
  • Provide expert advice on motion picture equipment and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Work closely with our sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Assist clients with technical inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Assist with invoicing, order processing, dispatching, and new product entry.
  • Liaise with clients and act as a key point of contact when required.
  • Coordinate projects, maintain spreadsheets, and assist with project administration.
  • Research products and support project planning and implementation.
  • Assist with interstate project builds including installation of equipment, through to commissioning, client training, and preparation of operation manuals.
  • Deliver client training sessions and assist with the preparation of client operation manuals.
  • Support day-to-day business operations including phone enquiries, walk-in sales, freight handling, receiving stock, shop displays, and stocktakes.
  • Work closely with our National Business Development Manager in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Who We're Looking For

  • You have an interest in film, broadcasting, or audiovisual technology and are eager to develop your knowledge.
  • You are well-presented, organised, and articulate, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You have a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working across a variety of tasks and environments.
  • You are comfortable working both in an office/sales environment and in a hands-on, onsite project setting.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are willing to pitch in wherever needed.
  • You hold a valid Australian driver's licence.
  • A willingness to travel interstate for project work is essential.
