Lemac Film and Digital recognises the importance of preservation and protection of the environment. It is a part of our strategic planning to strive for sustainability and a light carbon footprint, through the following actions:
- Creating awareness among staff of Lemac’s environmental obligations through regular verbal, electronic and other communications.
- Promoting energy-efficient practices in areas such as, but not limited to, power usage, transportation of goods, packaging and waste.
- Safe and environmentally-conscious disposal of all waste products using qualified handlers.
- Fostering a culture of reporting of environmental concerns to team leaders and managers.
- Encouraging our partners, through our purchasing decisions, to also fulfil their corporate environmental responsibility where applicable.
