About the Role

Lemac have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Film & Television Equipment Rentals Manager in our Sydney Branch.

Ideally you will be a leader and a team builder with a passion for excellence and a love of the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the rentals team to deliver outstanding service and equipment to our customers.
  • Spearhead and secure business leads and networking opportunities.
  • Account manage jobs from quoting phase through to invoice.
  • Ensure on time and accurate delivery of the equipment.
  • Ensure the team are working efficiently, safely and are continuously improving their knowledge.
  • Liaise and work productively with other team members.
  • A willingness and desire to engage with the industry including attending trade nights and industry functions.

You need to:

  • Be a strong, motivational leader able to inspire the team and with a track record in people management.
  • Possess outstanding organisational and negotiation skills and an ability to shine under pressure.
  • Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of the organisation and clients/vendors.
  • Have industry experience which may include technical or production management roles.
  • Have a passion for film and television production.
