RECEPTIONIST, SALES & RENTAL SUPPORT - SYDNEY
An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic young person to fill the role of Office Junior in our Sydney Office. Working with the Rental and Sales teams to support the Office Operation, this role offers the successful applicant the opportunity to learn office and business skills, in a professional and dynamic environment.
This is a full time position with hours between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Reception – answering phones, emails, customer relations/meet & greet
Assisting with client invoicing, communication with staff & clients, correspondence and filing tasks
Assisting with event organisation, catering etc.
The successful applicant must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs essential. Applicant must also possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment to meet company deadlines.
